IP Law
  • Under Intellectual Property Law, owners are granted certain exclusive rights to a variety of intangible assets for creations of the mind such as inventions, literary and artistic works, names, symbols, designs and images used in commerce.
Patent Law
  • Deals with the protection of the mental concepts, ideas or creations known as inventions. The three types of patents are: utility, design, and plant.
Trademark Law
  • Deals with the degree to which the owner or creator of a symbol used in marketing goods and services will be allowed a monopoly over the use of that symbol.
Copyright Law
